 Pursuant -to the Act of Parliament of the 22nd and 
 23rd Vact., c. 35. 
 NOTICE is hereby given, that aill creditors and 
 other persons having any debts, daima or 
 demands* against the estate of Evelyn Lucy Hargreaves, 
 late of 16, Drayton-gardens, South Kensington, in (the 
 county of MMdJesex, Spinster, deceased (-who died on 
 the 1st day of March, 1919, and whose will was proved 
 in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of 
 Hii'9 Majesty's High. Court of Justice, on the 28th day 
 of August, 1919, by Gerald de la Pryme Hangreaves, 
 of 4, Elm-court, Temple, London, Barrister-at-Law, 
 and .Henry .Cecil Elwes, of phurchmead, , Hathefop, 
 Fairfprd', an tohe county of .Gloucester, the executors 
 therein .named'), are 'hereby required to send in the 
 particulars of their debts, claims or demands to us, the 
 undersigned, Itihe Solicitors for Ithe sand, executors, on 
 or before itihe 5th day of April, 1920, after .which date 
 the aaid executors will proceed to distribute the assets 
 of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled 
 thereto, having regard only to the claims and1 diemamls 
 of which they wfflll then have had ntfbice; and they will 
 >n'ot be liable for the assets of the said deceased, or 
 any part thereof, so distributed, 'to any person or 
 persons of whose claims they shall mot then have had
