[Wedgwood.FTW] Wedgwood Pedigrees p.97 Thomas inherited a potbank in 1657 from the bastard brother of William Colclough, John Colclough alias Rowley; but he was probably a potter before that date. In 1670 he bought from his cousin Burslem wedgwood the Little Furlong, on which potworks had been erected. Yet another potbank he built on land bought of William Keen; this may have been beside the Churchyard of St Johns Burslem - the celebrated Churchyard works.
