William Johnston, writer, in girvan hereby intimates that he has been dulyconfirmed trustee on that the sheriff of ayrshire has fixed the fisrt monday the 19th current, and monday the 5th of march next, within the sheriff clerk's-office in Ayr,at Twelve at Noon each day, for the first and second diet of the public

INTIMATION is hereby made, in terms of an interlocutor of the court of Session, pronounced of this date that William Johnstone, Writer in Girvan, Trustee on said estate, has presented an application to the court of Session for a discharge of his whole actings and intromissions as Trustee and for delivery of his bond of caution, the affairs of said sequestration being wound up.
