Mineral water manufactuer in 1911 along with brother Joseph living at 375 Heath Street, Birmingham. 
   During WW1 was a Private in the 11th Battalion, Worcestershire Regiment 
 Regimental Number: 18019   
 Son of Mrs. Ann Patrick; husband of Elsie May Patrick, of 207, Grove Lane, Smethwick, Staffs.   
 He was killed on the night of the 24th April 1917 during the attack on the Petit-Couronne, against the Bulgarian trenches, along with half of his battalion (110 killed and 248 wounded).   
 Cemetery: Doiran Memorial (East Face, Column 3, No 50), Doirani, Kilkis, Central Macedonia, Greece   
 The Memorial stands on what was called Colonial Hill, and can be seen from a distance and is a landmark.
