Kashirin Pyotr Dmitrievich, born in 1892 (1893), a native of the village of Forstadt, Verkhneuralskaya village, Verkhneuralsk district, Orenburg province; Russian; from the Cossacks; higher education; member of the Russian Communist Party (Bolsheviks); former. cornet of the Orenburg Cossack Army; active participant in the Civil War; in 1926-1931 he was the chairman of the Orenburg provincial executive committee, then in 1931-1933 he was the chairman of the executive committee of the Orenburg City Council. At the time of his arrest, he was the manager of the regional utility bank. He lived in Orenburg. He was arrested on June 6, 1937 in Orenburg on the basis of the "testimony" of N. T. Fokin-Uralsky. He was included in Stalin's execution list from the NKVD of the Orenburg region for December 7, 1937 ("for" the 1st category Stalin, Molotov, Zhdanov). He was sentenced on February 4, 1938 by a visiting session of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR to the death penalty. He was shot on the same day along with Fokin-Uralsky and 58 other convicts of the military forces of the VKVS of the USSR. The alleged place of burial is the Zauralnaya grove of Orenburg. He was rehabilitated posthumously on November 14, 1957.
