Daughter Ann Higginbottom received £30
Sons-in-law John Cocker and John Bottomley both received 1 shilling
Son James Lees of Manchester received £5 and bonds, bills and notes amounting to £400
Daughter Jenny Bottomley, deceased - her children were to share £120 when they reached 21
Son Abram was to use the £120 assigned to the children of his sister Jenny until they reached 21 - He also got Knarr Barn, occupied by himself, Joseph Buckley and John Brearley - Property included fields named: The Bent, Upper Thurston, Spoutfield and Upperhouse Meadow
Eldest son John got the messuage at Thurston Clough, occupied by James Howard, George Shaw and Jonathan Mallalieu - Property included fields named: Calf Pickles, the Shut the Further, Lower Thurston, Four Acres Meadow (later will places this field near to Hilltop), Stonepit Field, the Rough.
