He m. the Lady Isabel de Beauchamp, dau. of William, Earl of Warwick, and d. in 1382, leaving by her (who m. 2ndly, Hugh le Despenser), and only dau. and heiress, Maud de Chaworth, who m., Henry Plantagenet, Earl of Lancaster, nephew of King Edward I. Thus terminated this great feudal branch of the family.
