Born 4th April 1891. Son of Henry Fossick Wilson and Jessie Dagmar Wilson, of Parkhurst Bridge Rd., Weybridge, and Bonheur, Oatlands Drive, Weybridge.

He enrolled at Hounslow on the 4th January 1915, and was posted to France as part of the BEF in May 1915.
On 6th May 1916, he was 'awarded' 14 days Field Punishment No 1 which consisted of being placed in fetters and attached to a fixed object, such as a gun wheel, for up to two hours per day. He was transferred to the 93rd Machine Gun Corps on the 28th Jul 1916.
In May 1918, he was posted to England due to defective vision from a corneal ulcer.

He died from influenza and pneumonia at Western General Military Hospital in Liverpool.
